Dok, the artisanal eatery of the Haachaim Group, was established in 2015 and is located across from Haachaim on Ibn Gabirol Street in Tel Aviv.

Dok is not just a chef-driven restaurant with an open, intimate kitchen — it's first and foremost a culinary research lab built entirely on ingredients grown in our land.

Each season, Chef Asaf Doctor embarks on a new culinary journey — a uniquely local, and often one-of-a-kind dining experience that uncovers the ancient secrets hidden in the land and sea of Israel.

These journeys take shape as a constantly evolving menu, where Asaf blends traditional growing and foraging practices with a bold, forward-thinking approach to Israeli cuisine.
Alongside the food, carefully selected boutique wines — handcrafted and locally made — complete a dining experience that celebrates what grows here, at the peak of its season.
